Sart you day right



The first thing you do when you wake up in the morning determines the course of your day. If you get up and exercise, for example, you will feel physically fit all day long. And, if you get up and read something educational, spiritual and up-lifting, you will feel mentally good all day long. But, if you get up and eat junk food, you will feel sluggish all day long. And, if you start your day with watching TV or reading the newspaper, then you may feel aimless all day long.

Hence, the first hour in your day is the most important hour. It is called the golden hour. You'd better make the best of your first hour!
